Scott A. Geiger

Chief Executive Officer

Scott brings over 40 years experience in the design and implementation of executive and director benefit plans. Following many years in the public corporate market, he has specialized in the highly regulated financial institutions field where due diligence and due care are the hallmarks of his work He was trained by the late Glenn G. Geiger, his father, a pioneer in the non-qualified deferred compensation arena, most notably being recognized by Congress in the late 1960's to testify as to the viability of these plans for the economy. Scott has been a national speaker at AALU and The International Forum as well as a regular at numerous national insurance and banking association meetings.

Scott is a graduate of Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont and holds a bachelors degree in English. He maintains Series 6, 63 and 65 along with life, health and disability insurance licenses in forty-five states.  

Daniel W. Geiger  

President

Dan has been working in the financial services industry for almost 20 years. He joined the Geiger Company in 2010 and is proud to represent the 3rd generation serving our clients. Prior to joining his father, Scott, in business, Dan started his career as a financial services professional specializing in individual and corporate owned life insurance in Denver, CO; He now focuses in the areas of non-qualified insurance plan design and Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans funded utilizing Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) and Credit Union Owned Life Insurance (CUOLI) financing and investment strategies. With a diverse financial acumen background including insurance product design, individual wealth management and corporate asset analysis, Dan is poised to grow the firm to fit the next generation business' needs for the future.

Dan is a graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, NY and holds a bachelors degree in History. He maintains Series 6, 63 and life, health and disability insurance licenses in over 35 states.

Susan A. Fitzpatrick  

Chief Financial Officer

Susan has been with the Geiger Company since 1988. Trained in all aspects of non-qualified plan accounting, taxation and financial analysis, her current responsibilities include case management modeling, plan illustration and design, and inforce case management.

Susan is a graduate of Union College with a bachelors degree in Applied Mathematics. She maintains Series 6, 26 and 63 registrations.
